We love to teach people with disabilities.
I believe that Karate has something special within its teachings for everyone to benefit from. The classes I teach are inclusive and accessible for a wide range of special needs. I create dynamic physical exercises that require a certain formula (thought process). This engages both mind and body. This balanced approach to teaching people with disabilities has been very successful.
"In my classes every one has ability"
I am able to set up a class in most situations. From experience I know that every situation requires a different perspective. I work with my teaching assistant Elaine Johnston who has been helping with the success of these classes for a number of years and together we can give in depth and personal attention to each and every student at every session giving them the ability to complete what is required from the exercises. This gives all of our students a great sense of achievement. It is inclusive and progressive.

This is not ordinary karate for ordinary people! This is extraordinary karate for extraordinary people.
We are able to provide a complimentary taster session.
